Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment data. We retain Stripe customer and subscription identifiers for billing management.

2.7 Usage Data

3. SMS Messaging and Twilio A2P Compliance

ReviewBullzeye facilitates SMS communications through Twilio's Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging infrastructure. By using our SMS features, you agree to the following:

• You will only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided prior express written consent to receive text messages from your business.
• You will not use the platform to send unsolicited messages, spam, or messages to individuals on the National Do Not Call Registry.
• Each SMS message sent through our platform includes your business identity and a clear means for recipients to opt out.
• You are responsible for maintaining records of consent and honoring opt-out requests promptly (within 10 business days).
• Message frequency varies based on your use. Standard message and data rates may apply to recipients.

Opt-Out Notice: Recipients of SMS messages sent through ReviewBullzeye may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receipt of a STOP message, no further messages will be sent to that number. Reply HELP for assistance.
